With a creative cocktail list and sexy-ish ambiance of exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, and low lighting (plus two bars for spreading out), Max and Dylans is popular with the after-work and after-hours crowds. It bills itself as a restaurant first and foremost, with an ambitious comfort-food menu, but the bar bites are tastier than the entrées. Stick with the exceptionally juicy Kobe sliders finished with lemon-dressed greens and balsamic-glazed onions, and the seared duck flatbread with creamy Gouda and tangy cranberry-orange compote.

My girlfriend and I were leaving work last Saturday and stumbled upon Max & Dylans. We didn't even know West St had left. None the less we were very surprised to see a great drink list. I tried the green tea martini and my girlfriend had the watermellon martini with liquid nitrogen. Simply excellant great fun.
Tried mac & cheese with lobster and also split a salmon salad! We'll definately be back with friends! Posted by Jason: Feb. February 2nd, 2009 at 8:12 PM

I just tried the new Max & Dylans on West St the other night and I couldn't have been more
pleased. The staff was friendly and attentive
and the Kobe Sliders and Ranch Chicken sliders were awesome. Great quick food before a movie
around the corner on Tremont St. I definately
suggest this place! Posted by Trevor: Feb. February 2nd, 2009 at 6:06 PM
