The long-awaited Guy Martin restaurant at Fairmont Battery Wharf serves modern French food in a pale beige, rather hotel-ish dining room with decent views of the harbor. Start with the so-called "snackings," single-bite tastes of king crab in grapefruit jelly or smoked mussels with beet tartar, then move on to globally influenced dishes like cod steamed in lemongrass with coconut-citrus sauce. Service is polished, and there's a real commitment to using the best ingredients of the region, as evidenced in the indulgence-worthy cheese course.

Review
The lobster linguine bolognese was loaded with lobster and had the perfect seasoning. This restaurant emulates many that I have been to in France. The wine list is quite extensive as well. Good place for special occasion - yes it is expensive.
