Stars on Hingham Harbor

We recently visited Stars on Hingham Harbor for perhaps the third time in ten years. On prior visits the experience had been less than pleasing. Upon return this time, the service was terrible - we were ignored, dismissed, and treated rudely. The food is less than mediocre. The decor is so run down in the dining area that one can't help but wonder about the kitchen conditions. This restaurant appears to have a loyal clientele, but I can't imagine that it is the food or service drawing the crowds.
