Visited Summer Winter hoping for a fun, delicious dining experience. Service was deplorably slow and food was average--some good, some inedible. No explanation or discussion from staff on the unique concept behind Summer Winter. Overall, a huge disappointment. Posted by Ginnie: Mar. March 15th, 2011 at 9:50 AM
