Owner Jacky Zheng and his brother, sushi chef Jerry Zheng, give this spot its charm with their welcome at the door and at the sushi bar. The cooked menu focuses on Japanese (meats off the teppanyaki grill) and Korean cuisine (the incendiary salmon bi bim ba), but the extremely fresh sushi is the real star.
