Like any great dive bar, the insanely cluttered TC's Lounge looks as though it might have grown into its space organically, like a mushroom filling a crack in a stone wall. The posters on the ceiling are so old they’re virtually indecipherable; the walls are plastered with hundreds of Polaroids depicting patrons—from pickled drunks to Berklee kids and business go-getters—in varying states of inebriation. Said patrons, by the way, aren’t entirely unfriendly, and tend to warm up fast amid the rising tide of cheap beer and shots.
