A brilliant blue glow spills from behind the bar at Downtown Crossing’s Vinalia, where suits and the shop-weary rest on white leather seats and gawk at plasma TVs (and each other). Co-owner Ed Costa has conceived a wine list with upward of 200 bottles, which are complemented by nicely flavored and fresh starters like crab salad with fennel, watercress, and caramelized shallots. With or without wine, the pizzas are terrific.
