Emerging designer Jackie Fraser-Swan, an East Bridgewater native, named the label after her distant relative Ralph Waldo Emerson (it’s also her middle name), and says her clothing is for “the modern woman who’s not afraid to stand out in the crowd and likes to be a little edgy.” Take this nubby knit to the streets with leather leggings and tough ankle boots, or simply pull it on and while away a snowy afternoon by the fire.
