I was on vacation in the area and booked a 90 minute Blueberry facial with Kate C. on the recommendation of a friend. I'm so glad I went - the recommendation was fully justified! I was checked in by a friendly front desk person, the atmosphere was quiet and soothing, and the check-in person thoughtfully walked to the locker room with me to explain how the self-setting lockers worked. My facial with Kate was even better than expected. Her technique was very professional, attentive, and extremely relaxing. I have highly sensitive skin, so am sometimes wary of the extraction part of facials; she listened to my concerns and fully took them into account during my treatment. She also gave a foot/leg massage and reiki scalp massage during the service that were phenomenal - good pressure and really effective, not just spa fluff. Overall, a totally worthwhile splurge with fantastic results. I will go back when I'm in the area!
