My husband and I hired Ross Cigna (Boston Entertainment Company) as our DJ for our 220+ wedding reception. I cannot even begin as to how horrible and unprofessional he was! He failed to provide services for our wedding due to equipment failure (even though he had two - one for back up, which apparently had failed as well)... and didn't let anyone know until it was too late!!! We weren't able to have any of our songs played at all! I would never wish upon any woman to have to go through this on their wedding day~ Also, because he was unable to provide services (what's the point in having a DJ when music can't be played?), we asked that he leave and our wedding coordinator was able to find another DJ - which by that point more than half the guests had left and we only had less than an hr left until the place closed down. After we got back from our honeymoon, my husband attempted to call and nicely as for the deposit back.

Ross Cigna not only refused but was rude about it! AS IF HE HAD THE RIGHT!!! My advise is to NOT RISK USING THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY. It's just not worth it. If he was actually sorry (which btw, he never did apologize for that night) and gave back our deposit which is rightly due (according to HIS contract), I might not have been as harsh with my review. But because of his unprofessionalism and failure to provide services, I know he cannot and should not be trusted.
