Named for adventurous World War I pilots in France, this continental restaurant built its multimillion dollar event facility in 2003. The new space embodies classic Boston elegance and coziness with its cushy parlor and fireplace, and a sky-lit courtyard complete with an indoor waterfall. The Grand Ballroom has Brazilian mahogany floors, and can seat up to 280 guests. The in-house pastry chef custom-designs and hand paints wedding cakes, and even offers a chocolate fountain, among other dessert options.
