Many men's boutiques seem to have forgotten the importance of details: Like, where's a guy supposed to get a decent pair of dress socks in this town? (SmartWools don't count.) Owner Gary Drinkwater omits nothing, accenting his smart collection of tailored and casual clothing with every accoutrement, including a rainbow's worth of ties and pocket squares, cuff links, and basketfuls of the all-important fun sock (the proprietor's own stash tops out at over 200 pairs).

Drinkwater's tagline says it best. Gary sells *truly* Great Men's Clothing. It is the only clothing store i actually enjoy visiting: no attitude, no judgements, no hassles. Gary's a master 'clothier' and brings a seasoned, professional eye for quality and style. His collections are extremely well-curated; his service is impeccable. Stop wasting time elsewhere; pay a visit to Drinkwater's asap.

When I go clothes shopping its about how i feel when I'm heading to the store of my choice. When I'm heading to drinkwaters its like going to the market to pick up that one little spice your missing to complete the dish your cooking. Gary always has my spice!

I have been shopping at Drinkwater's since 2005 and have purchased 11 custom-made suits and jackets and dozens of ties. Gary has excellent taste, I trust him with all my fine clothing choices and I have known him for over 12 years (purchased clothing only from him at the now defunct Stonestreets). I work as a physician in patient care and I lecture to other physicians 75-100 times a year and I never have to worry about my professional attire thanks to Gary. He really has advanced my fashion sense to an extraordainay degree for which I am eternally grateful.

For all of his career, Gary (Drinkwater) has been the driver of taste: impeccable, in tune yet classic, and expressed in the quality of the goods. For several years now, it's been a pleasure to shop with Gary in his own store. If this isn't one of the best men's clothing stores for a diversity of needs and personal modes of expression, I have been living a life of fantasy.

I recently discovered Drinkwater's late 2010 and have been frequenting the establishment since then. The selection of clothing speaks for itself. It is always up-to-date, interesting and will fit your style. I try to stop in regularly to stock up on pieces I would not find anywhere else. For me, though, what really sets Drinkwater's apart is Gary. He has a core belief that service and attention to detail is of paramount importance. His commitment to the customer's satisfaction is second to none. I could go on citing examples and anecdotes to prove my case, but I feel the best proof is to go experience Drinkwater's and see first hand what it has to offer. You will be glad you did.

I love drinkwater's because the have clothing that caters to every types of style. Weather your into suites or modern looking vest,jackets and more. Drinkwater's carries clothing you wont find anywhere els and Boston and the fair prices.

I'd visit Gary at the outset of of every season and let him outfit me. I trust his taste that much. He has a great eye both for the merchandise and for his customer actually is. He civilizes shopping.

The best part of this store is Gary does not go over the top. He delivers a great assortment of clothing and accessories to fit your life style. The personal attention to detail and the humble nature he brings to the plate make this store a hidden gem. I love shopping there when I visit the Boston area

Drinkwaters has one of the best selections of mens clothing around! A nice sized mens boutique that wont overwhelm you, but filled with tasteful clothes that you're not going to find elsewhere. Everything Gary Drinkwater selects is special!

Review
Gary's tasteful editing means that a common idea runs through his store's entire selection. This is the real value in an independent mens shop. Sure, all the items are extremely well made and good looking, but here the proprietor's personality comes through and elevates shopping at Drinkwater's beyond a simple exercise in picking a la carte - although you certainly can do that. I shop here because I like Gary and his vision, not just the clothes.
