Calling all brides-to-be: This spring, BHLDN— online retailer of elegant wedding gowns and bridesmaid frocks, whimsical hair pieces, statement jewelry, quirky decor, and of course, lingerie— is landing at Chestnut Hill Square as a shop-in-shop at Anthropologie (BHLDN’s sister brand).

Shoppers can browse styles by top designers such as Anna Sui, Badgley Mischka, Catherine Deane, Jenny Yoo, and Tadashi Shoji, among others, or schedule a complimentary appointment with a bridal consultant. And, don’t miss the stationery section, full of sweet and/or sarcastic cards for bridesmaids, flower girls, and grooms-to-be.

BHLDN debuted in 2011 as an ecommerce store. “We heard from customers almost immediately after the launch that they wanted a place where they could touch and see our products in person,” says managing director Nicole Sewall. Shortly thereafter, two stand-alone BHLDN shops opened in Houston and Chicago. In July 2013, Anthropologie tested the shop-in-shop concept at the Beverly Hills location. After Boston, New York City and Georgetown have been identified as the next locations for BHLDN shop-in-shops later this spring.

220 Boylston St., Newton, MA, 617-527-3081, www.bhldn.com.
