I enjoy running outside and try to do it at least 3 times a week even though the weather is a bit hot. it is nice to go right before it gets dark so it is a bit cooler, also very relaxing. Usually after my run, i do short ab exercises and arm weights.

Schedule your workouts with a friend. It's much more difficult to back out when you have set plans. And it makes the workout go by quicker because its much more fun.

Get a trainer 3 months out to your wedding. And stick to your diet, and exercise routines. My husband and I had a competition to see who could lose the most weight and body fat. Then while we were on the cruise we used the gym in the mornings. We got into a routine.

Doing about 20 to 30 minutes of cardio is ideal. Running is very good, but if you can't start off doing that right away, then you can try walking with short running intervals. To build up your stamina, increase the running to walking ratio until you are able to run for about 20 to 30 minutes non-stop.

It's important to do cardio because it's the best way to lose weight. You also need to make sure you are munching on the right foods. Pay a visit to a local nutritionist and make sure you are selecting the right eats.
