Hello, I am the Mother of the Groom. My family and son live in Bensalem, PA (that is right outside of NE Philadelphia). My husband and I booked and paid for the Stretch Tahoe for the Bride and Groom and their wedding party and a Shuttle Bus for our wedding guest. I spoke and met with Eleanor from Christopher Limousine several times. She was so polite and easy to work with especially since I was from PA. All of the Cars that were shown to use were beautiful. Eleanor went out of her way to make sure that my son and duaghter inlaw had the perfect day. The Strech Tahoe and the Shuttle Bus were bright and shiny and the drivers were very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Christopher Limousine to anyone in MA or from out of towm to contact them if you want to have a beautiful limo or speciality car of Shuttle bus for your wedding day. The entire team was polite, professional and easy to work with, and we had no worries on the day of the wedding, everything was beautiful. I would like to thank Eleanor and her staff for all of their time, professionalism and caring about our son Jim and his beautiful Bride Emily and making their day so very special. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Thanks Eleanor again for all of your time and help. Diane Stegonshek, Bensalem, PA

I would recommend Christopher Limousine to anyone who is getting married. My husband and I rented a shuttle bus to transport our guests to and from the hotel and wedding venue. Everybody loved this service, and because of it nobody had to drink and drive. As for the limo itself, the driver was such a sweetheart, he got out of the limo at one point to help one of my guests get her son (who is in a wheelchair) out of her car for her. Also the drivers of the bus and limo did not make a stink at all about the night a little later than we had expected. I absolutley enjoyed doing business with Christopher Limousine! Sincerely, Sandra Doherty

HORRIBLE - I have no idea who the woman is that interacts with customer but she lacks any sense of customer service. I asked for a pick up at an airport - made a change to the drop off location and they completely screwed it up. I was exhausted from business travel and arrived home to a limo that was at the wrong location - not where I needed a pick up. If I had made the mistake I would have taken ownership of it but it was their fault and they had the audacity to tell me they were charging my credit card for their mistake. This was after the driver indicated they'd pay for the taxi I had to take if I could prove they were in the wrong....which I did...but still I come from a customer service background and if you want to keep customers and grow your business, you do what's right for the customer and don't ask them to prove they're in the wrong. I'm find with this because I could prove it via email but I can only imagine if it had been purely phone conversations I would have no recourse other than to pay these crooks. These guys were HORRIBLE. I would never recommend doing business with them. They aren't recommeded by the BBB and now I see there's a reason for it. Sincerely - very disatisfied customer

I hired Christopher Limo to provide an antique car for my friend's birthday. I was very pleased with the entire service. The driver, Alan, was timely and courteous. The car was amazing. I beautiful 1937 Packard limo. The pirce was exactly as quoted and the overall experience was extremely memorable. I would be happy to use the company for any future needs and would recommend them to anyone who wish to have a professional classy experience.

I had a wonderful experience from booking the limousine to suggestions on what we can do to helpful chauffeur who got us where we needed to go safe and sound to the gorgeous limousine, I celebrated my 21st birthday in style and was treated so wonderfully I had to gush about this company, our chauffeur was Alan ,he was wonderful so helpful, he got us into clubs like we were vips and the door was always opened and we were all assisted in and out of limousines, he was so professional, the limousine was the Hybrid Tahoe which was so spacious and comfortable, it even had a disco floor and an Ipod hookup to play my tunes, The customer service was great we called to ask what clubs would be popular and we were given a list with info on what was going on and some suggestions, Eleanor was so helpful and even followed up after to make sure we enjoyed ourselves,I would recommend this company to anyone looking for the best from start to finish! What a great way to turn 21 and bring in the new year!

I just recently got married and I want to let everyone know how HORRIBLE these people are. We had hired them to shuttle people after our wedding, the limo only made two trips all night, which is what makes this all the worse because it's not like the guy was really busy. As my husband and I were walking out to our limo with 5 other members of the bridal party at the end of the night we were told that the limo just left. The 2 people in the limo for 10 (yes only 2 people in the entire limo), told the driver to wait because there were more people on the way he decided to ignore them and took off. The hotel was a 1/2 hour round trip away from the venue, leaving us stranded there after all our guests had already left. we called the person in the limo and he told the driver once again that he had left people at the venue and asked him to turn around. The driver ignored him again! I called and talked to the women at the office who told me that the driver had been shuttling people all night (a complete lie!) and that some people are ready before others and that's why the guy left without us. You would think that a limo service would at least make sure they have the bride and groom before they take off for the night! DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE, unless you like abuse. To boot we didn't even get an apology from the women at the office or the driver, and they were both extremely rude. It was honestly just a terrible end to the night, I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.
