A crowd favorite is the Chocolate Elegant cake, iced with chocolate buttercream and decorated with chocolate curls and fresh flowers. Co-owner Pam Rugnetta also enjoys using strawberries with either white or dark chocolate to add a touch of romance to a cake's exterior.
