4/11 IRON CHEF LOUIE NIGHT RETURNS

Join Iron Chef Louie Dibicarri and other A-list Boston chefs for a culinary event benefitting the Haiti Relief Effort. Once you buy your ticket, you’ll vote online from a carefully and strategically organized list of themes and ingredients. The winning choices are revealed to Iron Chef Louie the day of the event – that’s just hours to plan, shop and cook a three- to four-course meal. While the dinner remains a mystery, there is promise of prohibition-era Haitian-inspired cocktails by Eastern Standard’s Jackson Cannon and bivalves from Island Creek Oysters. Plus, there’s rumor that former pastry chef turned farmer, Peter Merrill, will be bringing a giant pig from Codman Farm. www.cheflouienight.com
