Beverly-based haberdasher Matthew Nutter, a.k.a. Mister Nutter, recycles all sorts of fabrics to construct these one-of-a-kind caps – antique herringbone upholstery, polka-dot shorts, high-end Italian linens. Nutter has even, on occasion, ripped apart a Brooks Brothers jacket, but his hats look smart enough to wear with the whole suit. Try one, too, with a pinstriped coat and cuffed dungarees. Ladies, wear yours with fall’s menswear-inspired tweeds and cropped trousers.
