Scads of starlets have been spotted in Brian Atwood’s sexy, edgy shoes. No wonder the well-heeled world is atwitter about the designer’s lower-priced B Brian Atwood line ($200–$600), available locally at Moxie, Neiman Marcus, and Saks. Atwood on the (relatively) cheap? Yes, please.

Making Moves
Home store Hudson marks its fifth anniversary this month with a jump from 312 Shawmut Avenue to 12 Union Park Street (Looc’s old digs). “This will be an updated, upscale version of Hudson,” owner Jill Goldberg says.

Interior designer Kate Maloney recently opened a brick-and-mortar outlet of her online store, Stitch, at 875 Main Street in Cambridge.
