Myers + Chang offers a modern twist on Asian fare — and that includes the South End eatery’s fortune cookies. But the staff-written end-of-meal aphorisms are actually cheeky enough that they’ve drawn complaints from some customers. “We tried to clean them up just a little bit,” says chef-owner Joanne Chang. “But not too much…we want to have fun, too.” Here are some of the fortunes you won’t see anymore.

>  “Confucius says you suck.”
> “Speed is no substitute for accuracy…in bed.”
>  “Confucius say, ‘Man with hole in pocket feel cocky all day long!’”
>  “You have the ability to touch many people…in bed.”
>  “You have an unusual equipment for success, use it properly.”
