One Perfect Meal at Tavolo
Matthew Barros may have recently left Asian diner Myers + Chang for a swanky gig as chef de cuisine at Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Market in the W hotel, but he still likes to keep things low-key after hours. His go-to is Chris Douglass’s Dorchester trattoria, Tavolo. “I can always find something I’m tempted to try, whether it’s comfort food or dynamic small plates,” Barros says.
