Feeling lonely this Valentine’s Day? Oh, go cry us a river. No, really—one of the anti-Valentine’s Day events below is hosted by a Justin Timberlake cover band. If your plans this Valentine’s Day include boycotting the card companies and staying far away from love, then these events will be perfect for you.

Love Sux This Valentine’s Day at Howl at the Moon

Howl at the Moon has dedicated this night to partying, not love. There is no charge to get in, and the doors will open at 4 p.m. As usual, Howl’s dueling pianos will be playing (anti-love songs only, of course). Enjoy serve Miller Lites, Sky Vodkas, and 86-oz. Bad Romance Buckets. This event is ideal for the younger crowd, who are just looking to party the night away on Valentine’s Day.

February 14, 4 p.m., 184 High St., Boston, howlatthemoon.com

Anti-Valentine’s Day at Ducali Pizzeria & Bar

The lockout is over, but Bruins games never get old. Ducali Pizzeria will show reruns of some Bruins finals games, along with pizza and beer. Big-screen Bruins, beer, and pizza doesn’t sound like such a bad night. This is perfect for those hockey fans who just don’t feel like celebrating love, and would much rather celebrate the return of hockey. Ducali’s even serving broken (artichoke) hearts for those who’ve fallen victim to some heartbreakin’.

Flirt Fest’s Anti-Valentine’s Day Party at Bell in Hand Tavern

Here’s another party option for those of you who’d rather flirt on Valentine’s Day than spend it on an expensive dinner full of commitment. Not only is there going to be a party, but there will also be a chance to win prizes. Will you be crowned the biggest flirt? Who will win for best and worst pick-up lines? The party starts at 7 p.m. and goes until midnight.

Tickets $14, February 14, 7 p.m., 45 Union St., Boston, bellinhand.com

Cry Me a River, the Valentine’s Day Hangover Party

If the idea of a dance party with random strangers doesn’t convince you to head over to Hard Rock Café, then a Justin Timberlake cover band most definitely will. The Timberfakes, the only Justin Timberlake cover band in Boston—how awesome is that?—will be performing along with a few other guests. True, this event is not directly related to anti-Valentine’s Day, but it does celebrate the one thing all anti-Valentine’s Day lovers can appreciate—the end of it.

Tickets $12, February 15, 8 p.m., 22-24 Clinton St., Boston, hardrock.com
