Beyoncé Invites Boston Marathon Survivors Backstage at the ‘Mrs. Carter Show’
What you say? She ain’t no diva.
Now we have more reason to love Beyoncé, as she took time out of her crazy hectic schedule to meet with some survivors of the Boston Marathon. She performed at the TD Garden last night for her “Mrs. Carter Show” tour.
Pictured above are Boston Marathon survivors Mery Daniel, 31, Adrianne Haslet, 32, and Heather Abbott, 38, who each lost limbs in the horrific attack last April. The three were profiled in People magazine weeks ago with other survivors, who shared their courageous stories and how they learned to live with prosthetic limbs.
“Emotionally, it’s made me appreciate life so much more,” one survivor told People.
Beyoncé was also spotted in New York City last week with hubby Jay Z at the ‘Justice for Trayvon Martin’ rally.
