Chris Evans Wins Super Bowl Bet Against Chris Pratt
While so many wagers on the Super Bowl happened around the city, the most heroic bet went down in Arizona Sunday night between Chris Evans and Chris Pratt in an Avengers/Gaurdians of the Galaxy faceoff.
With Star-Lord backing the Seahawks and Captain America the Patriots, the two dubbed their showdown the “Twitterbowl.” The terms of the bet were decided a few days after the AFC Championship: the loser would go to a children’s hospital of the winner’s choice dressed in his respective superhero costume. But here are Evans and Pratt sitting together at the game being very chummy in spite of such heavy stakes.

But we all watched the Super Bowl and know how this ends. Pratt humbly accepted his defeat, something most Bostonians could never do, and, like the superheroes they are, Evans and Pratt both decided they’ll visit Christopher Haven in Boston and Seattle Children’s. They also encouraged Twitter followers to donate to those organizations throughout the game.
Here, some post-game tweets, conceding to bet terms:
Congrats to the world champions @patriots you were the better team tonight. I will be visiting @chris_haven as Starlord. #twitterbowl
