‘Fallout 4’ Trailer Set in Bizarre, Post-Apocalyptic Boston

Bethesda Game Studios released the trailer for the highly anticipated fourth installment of its successful Fallout franchise Wednesday morning. After stops in California, the Midwest, Texas, Washington, D.C., and the Mojave Desert, the retrofuturistic, post-apocalyptic series is headed to Boston.

So, what beloved Boston landmarks survived the nuclear winter?

A chewed-up Bunker Hill Monument (and possibly Quincy Market, a tad too close).

A jet-powered U.S.S. Constitution.

Fenway Park and its surrounding bars.

The Paul Revere statue, complete with nightmare blimp overhead.

The Statehouse and the Prudential Tower.

The game will receive a world premiere at Bethesda’s E3 showcase on Sunday, June 14. No official release date has been announced.
