The ball is about to drop harder than ever.

Andrew W.K. just announced his latest New Year’s Eve party, a recent tradition where the rock juggernaut plays debut 2001 record I Get Wet in its entirety. We don’t need to tell you how much of a blast this is. But as it turns out, this year’s edition goes down at the Paradise Rock Club in Boston—and that’s worth passing along.

Recent Andrew W.K. New Year’s Eve parties have shook Chicago and New York. Check video evidence below.

“Andrew W.K.’s New Year’s Eve concert will be the party of the year!” reads the event description, which is as close to truth as anything we’ve ever printed. “Andrew and his band are going to party into 2016 in Boston by spreading feelings of pure joy, total love, endless freedom, and infinite possibility. It’s the perfect way to start the new year, wouldn’t you say?”

Sure thing. Tickets are a very reasonable $33 and go on sale Friday through Ticketmaster.

For those who don’t want to deal with New Year’s Eve on the frigid edges of Allston, Andrew W.K. plays The Met in Pawtucket on December 10, and we’re told Boston’s Party Bois are on the bill. Can’t go wrong with either.
