The Martian is a pretty good Matt Damon movie, but that doesn’t mean it’s immune to getting the honest trailer treatment.

As award season continues to heat up, Screen Junkies recently released its no–holds–barred critique of the Golden Globe nominated sci-fi flick, and the YouTube channel didn’t pull any punches with its assessment of this “Cast Away in space” story.

Since the film revolves around Damon once again getting lost and in need of saving–something that’s become a bit of an expensive habit for Hollywood–the honest trailer takes a hilarious look at all of the times the Boston-bred actor needed to be rescued on screen, from Interstellar to even Good Will Hunting.

“He’s been recovered from space… and saved from his terrible Boston childhood,” the narrator proclaims at the start of the clip. “Now Matt Damon will need to be saved. Again. In space. Again.”

Screen Junkies also doesn’t shy away from picking apart the ridiculous amount of specialized, scientific knowledge Damon’s character would have to know in order to really survive on Mars.

“So he can basically do everything?” the narrator exclaims. “Man, suck on that Neil deGrasse Tyson.”

In addition to picking on Damon, the honest trailer cracks a few jokes at NASA’s expense and calls the film a “two hour commercial” for the space agency.
