Scandal star Kerry Washington took over Harvard Square on Thursday to receive her Woman of the Year award from Harvard’s Hasty Pudding Theatricals.

The actress had a busy afternoon in Cambridge which included parading in the streets, getting roasted on stage, as well as watching a special performance by the theater group.

Washington seemed to enjoy all of the festivities and tweeted out a thank you to Hasty Pudding on Friday morning.

Bye bye @HastyPuddin1770! As I said last night, I will NEVER forget our magical raucous good times. U will always be my #RockAByeBitchBabies

While there were a ton of highlights from the ceremony, the biggest one was without a doubt her amazing rendition of Tina Turner’s “What’s Love Got to Do with It.”
