Following Mitt Romney’s speech against Donald Trump last week, Saturday Night Live decided to bring Jason Sudeikis back to the show to play the 2012 Republican presidential candidate in a hilarious cold open sketch.

Sudeikis’ Romney joined a crowded collection of stars for the skit, which also included Beck Bennett as CNN’s Jake Tapper, Taran Killam as Ted Cruz, Kate McKinnon as Hillary Clinton, Bobby Moynihan as Chris Christie, and Darrell Hammond’s spot on Trump impression.

SNL did not hold back while mocking the unsolicited speech by the former governor of Massachusetts.

“That’s right America, I’m back,” Sudeikis said as he channeled his inner Romney. “You didn’t ask for it, but you got it.”

The show called out Romney and the Republicans for speaking out against racism and sexism only because Trump has been making headlines and winning votes with his awful remarks.

“For the last nine months, I’ve sat down and watched Donald Trump say something everyday that was either racist or sexist,” Sudeikis said while impersonating Romney. “We in the GOP, the party of the great Ronald Reagan, we do not say racist and sexist things. We imply them, subtly, over decades and decades of policy.”

SNL also made fun of Romney for accepting Trump’s endorsement during his race against President Barack Obama in 2012 and insinuated that the former governor may be vying for a position in the possible Trump White House.

“Donald, you’re duplicitous, reckless,” Sudeikis said as Romney. “And if you become the Republican nominee, know this, I would make a great vice president.”
