Aside for the Super Bowl championship rings, celebrity friends, and jet-setting lifestyle, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are just your typical, everyday parents.

The Patriots quarterback recently revealed some of his favorite moments as a parent while chatting with People at an event for the new Beautyrest Black mattress in New York City.

Brady said that he and Gisele love to snuggle up with their children Benjamin and Vivian Lake and read to them stories before bedtime.

“I love the Dr. Seuss books, because I love reading them!” he told People. “Shel Silverstein, Dr. Seuss…those are the ones that I love. I’m always like, ‘Can I pick the book tonight?’”

While Brady loves to read books to his kids before bed, they often pick out stories written in their mother’s native language of Portuguese. The Patriots star admits that he has a lot of trouble pronouncing the words since he can’t speak the language.

“My kids can [speak Portuguese], but I can’t read it, so I probably screw up half the words,” Brady said. “If they want to pick one of those books, they can, and that’s one of the ones that I read. It’s hard.”

Another one of the quarterback’s favorite dad moments includes singing with his kids while driving them to school. Brady, who admits to having a “mellow” parenting style, revealed that they love to sing along to Imagine Dragons during their morning trips.

“We sing a lot!” Brady said. “They love the song ‘Radioactive.’”
