Donald Trump Exiles Elizabeth Warren in Simpsons Short

The animated series mocked the Republican presidential candidate in a new clip.

If Donald Trump wins the election, would he exile Elizabeth Warren over their Twitter feud? The Simpsons seem to think so according to a new online short released over the weekend.

In the clip, the animated series envisions how the Republican presidential nominee and Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton would react to getting an emergency phone call at 3 a.m. Let’s just say the show isn’t confident in Trump’s abilities to handle the situation.

The campaign ad parody video mocks the possible future president, portraying him as being more concerned about his Twitter feed than dealing with a call from the Situation Room.

“Not now, I’m on Twitter,” the animated Trump says as he hangs up to finish his tweet. “‘And Elizabeth Warren tweets too damn much. Glad I exiled her.’ Send. Oh, and put my name on the Lincoln Memorial.”

Even though this is just a humorous clip, The Simpsons have a knack for predicting the future, particularly when it comes to the businessman turned politician.

The episode “Bart to the Future,” which debuted on March 19, 2000, featured a world where an adult Lisa Simpson became president and had to deal with the fallout from the previous administration run by Trump.

“It was a warning to America,” writer Dan Greaney recently told the Hollywood Reporter.
