Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen Are Moving to Taylor Swift’s Neighborhood

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are getting a new apartment in New York City and it comes surrounded by quite a few celebrity neighbors.

According to Page Six, the Patriots power couple is buying a $20 million-plus waterfront pad at 70 Vestry, a 14-story building in Tribeca. The luxury apartment reportedly overlooks the Hudson River and features a breathtaking view of Manhattan.

The 5,000-square-foot living quarters include several swanky amenities, such as a massive lap pool and several types of workout studios. However, the biggest perk will be getting the chance to meet some of the other famous faces in the neighborhood.

Taylor Swift owns a $20 million penthouse in Tribeca which serves as the headquarters for the singer’s squad. Page Six reports that Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence also live in the neighborhood, as well as Brady’s ex-wife Bridget Moynahan and their son Jack.

Perhaps this will lead to some double dates with Swift and her new beau Tom Hiddleston. That is, if they’re still together when Brady and Gisele finally move into their new place. The couple isn’t expected to leave their current apartment at One Madison in the Flatiron district until construction has been completed at 70 Vestry in 2018.
