Ariana Grande Leads Lineup for Boston’s Jingle Ball 2016

KISS 108 is bringing another star-studded lineup to Boston this December for Jingle Ball 2016.

The full list of artists was released on Tuesday morning for the annual holiday concert, which is part of the nationwide iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour. Pop singer Ariana Grande is scheduled to headline the show at the TD Garden on Sunday, December 11.

Grande is a part of a stacked lineup of Top 40 stars that’s coming to Boston, including Shawn Mendes, Diplo, and Ellie Goulding. Tove Lo, who performed at the Garden for last year’s Jingle Ball, will return for the 2016 show.

While the concert series is bringing plenty of hitmakers to town, unfortunately, the Backstreet Boys won’t ship up to Boston this time around—sorry ’90s fans, we know you didn’t want it that way. However, the boy band is scheduled to perform at other stops on the the tour, including Dallas, Chicago, and Minneapolis.

Grammy winner and Nantucket native Meghan Trainor, who performed at the 2014 Jingle Ball in Boston, will also miss this year’s show at the Garden. She’s only set to appear at the opening concert in Dallas and the final show in Atlanta.

A presale for Capital One cardholders will begin on Thursday, October 13, at 10 a.m. and run through Sunday, October 16, at 10 a.m. Tickets will go on sale to the general public starting Monday, October 17, at noon.
