Attention, coloring enthusiasts of Boston: it’s time to ditch the kaleidoscope designs and start using your shading skills on the skyline.

There’s a new Boston-themed coloring book on shelves for your stress-relieving pleasure. Called “Doodle Life Boston: Zen Coloring Art for Everyone,” the book is the eco-friendly creation of New Hampshire-based Tree-Free Greetings. It was released this month exclusively for Bostonians, and according to Tree-Free President Steve Silverstein, it’s meant to capture the beauty, history, and unique spirit of the city.

Adult coloring books have soared in popularity in recent years, and have been heralded for their theraputic qualities. The newly released book features more than a dozen of Boston’s well-loved sights, neighborhoods, and events, ranging from the imposing facade of Quincy Market to a group of runners completing the Boston Marathon. The coloring book manages to distill the city’s character into a little over 20 pages.

You can find “Doodle Life Boston” and other sustainably made products from Tree-Free Greetings at Boston-area Whole Foods stores. Check out a few pages below.
