Sintra Restaurant
This minimalist Braintree bistro offers some of the freshest flavors this side of the Azores. With dishes such as pan-roasted monkfish with snap pea—saffron risotto, chef Brian Jenkins (formerly of Blu and Fava) melds Portuguese cuisine with clever touches of creative Mediterranean, Spanish, and New American. The well-priced wine list is also well chosen, and the setting is simple but pretty.
