Paul Revere probably wasn’t much of a brunch guy, but if he were, we imagine he’d snag a table at this restaurant from the folks behind Cambridge’s Loyal Nine, nestled inside the revolutionary’s historical Copper Rolling Mill in Canton. Tuck into smoked bluefish p&_acirc;té, braised beef flatbread with beanpot onions, and brioche French toast with apple butter beneath a copper roof made by the current Revere Copper Products Company in New York, then work off the calories with a stroll around the heritage site, which includes a 9-acre park along the Neponset River.
