Doughnut shops are a dime a dozen, but the fluffy rings behind the counter at this J.P. neighborhood restaurant — available during café-style daytime service as well as weekend brunch — are more than worth their weight in slow-fermented brioche dough. They’re wonderfully rich, in other words, painted with inch-thick frosting in classic flavors like vanilla with rainbow sprinkles. Just get there before they undoubtedly sell out.
