Here, 40 bucks gets you chef Will Gilson’s succulent rose-petal-garnished whole chicken with two generous Mediterranean sides, two sauces (try the namesake amba, a sweet-and-sour pickled mango concoction), and pita with two mezze. Throw in waffled latkes, pretty pastries, and halvah shakes, and you’ll have a full fridge and a happy stomach.
