Boston’s next wave of stars might just come from Boston XChange. Part of Celtics star Jaylen Brown’s mission to create Boston’s “Black Wall Street," the nonprofit backs founders of color with funding from venture capital and support from research institutions and community organizations. Last fall, in collaboration with teammate Jrue Holiday’s foundation, it selected 10 businesses—representing everything from streetwear to hair care—to each receive up to $100,000 in funding as part of its inaugural incubator class.
