Gustazo means “great pleasure,” and the restaurant’s two locations certainly fit the moniker, with excellent Cuban classics and creative Caribbean-inspired small plates complemented by cocktails that’ll transport you to tropical climes. The frituras de maíz—corn fritters with brown-butter honey, goat-cheese mousse, and sunflower-seed pesto—are a perennial favorite, and for very good reason.
