Korean street food meets U.S. bodega culture at this mash-up reflecting the Seoul-to-New York trajectory of chef-founder Jae Lee. We’re particularly big fans of the chewy Korean rice cakes with toppings inspired by chopped-cheese sandwiches, and cheeseburgers topped with kimchi special sauce.
