The third venue from the team behind Cicada and the Eaves could coast on the stunning vistas from its Central Square rooftop alone. It feels like a bonus, then, that the modern Vietnamese menu is equally enticing. This isn’t where you’ll find endless pho variations; instead, made-to-share small plates, punctuated with flavors of lemongrass and chili, make every meal a party (as do the tamarind Old Fashioneds and pandan Long Islands).
