Le Grand David and His Own Spectacular Magic Company

In the Nintendo age, a sense of wonder can be a rare commodity. But for 23 years, this North Shore magic troupe has delighted families with a glittering show that exceeds all expectations of small-town New England theater. The elaborate costumes and props are made by the company’s expert artisans. Both theaters have been restored to their former glory, and the effect is stunning—think Mucha meets HIroshige in Las Vegas. And the illusions (some of which date back to the 19th century) will have even the most urbane sophisticate oohing and ahhing.
