The Red Sox may not be hitting home runs this season, but their wives and girlfriends are knocking it out of the park. Yesterday, Saks Fifth Avenue and the Red Sox Foundation hosted their 14th annual Fenway to the Runway fundraiser which included a star-studded fashion show, a luncheon, and a live auction.

Featuring the modeling talents of Tiffany Ortiz, Kelli Pedroia, Catherine Rodriguez, Ashley Kelly, and Lindsay Buchholz – among other beautiful Sox ladies – the event showed off stunning occasion-ready outfits from Saks along with jewelry by Nini Jewels, and perfectly coiffed hair by Mario Russo. Our favorite outfits were in chorus with what we saw on the runways for this fall – fringe, fur, and lots of sparkle.

And since the ladies are no doubt at every baseball game, their husbands showed up full force to cheer for their number one fans, including Josh Rutledge, Steven Wright, Eduardo Rodriguez, Torey Lovullo, and of course, David Ortiz. Big Papi was sure to stand and take runway pictures of each look with his cell phone (and also grabbed a selfie with Georgia Nua, wife of the Red Sox massage therapist and easily a crowd favorite).

Style standouts in attendance included actress and producer Christy Scott Cashman wearing a silk Haute Hippie mini dress, Stacey Lucchino in a cobalt Donna Karan dress and dazzling Nini cuff, Vice Chair of the Food Project Linda McQuillan in a cap-sleeve black and white Proenza Schouler dress, philanthropist Ashley Bernon in a classic black one-shoulder cocktail dress by Tom Ford, former WCVB anchor and CEO of Brunner Communications Liz Brunner in a stunning white Herve Leger bandage dress and a Nini statement necklace, Chel Bella owner Chelsea Orr in a gorgeous Alice and Olivia dress with mesh cutouts, director of Charity in Bloom Simone Winston in an olive Pucci cocktail dress, and One Family cofounder Penny Fireman  in a cheery red shift dress by Stella McCartney.

Other heavy hitters spotted at the VIP lunch included the always poised Linda Pizzuti Henry with friends and family in tow, major league PR maven Lynne Kortenhaus, fab event planner Lynn Dale, stylist Suhail Kwatra (who lent his expert hand to his clients in the fashion show), and local style expert Tonya Mezrich.

The auction included once-in-a-lifetime items like pitching lessons with Steven Wright; a 90-minute massage from the team therapist; and the chance to throw out a ceremonial first pitch. A subsequent Saks shopping party benefitted the Red Sox Foundation, which supports the Red Sox Scholars Program, RBI and Rookie League youth baseball programs, Home Base program for returning veterans, the Dimock Center which serves low-income families in the Boston area, and the Jimmy Fund for cancer research.
