Critics say this city has no style. We’re here to prove them wrong. Welcome to HubThreads, where we chat with the most stylish people we find out and about in Boston. Think you or someone you know has the best street style? Let us know.
You work at Abercrombie & Fitch? What do you do for them? I’m a Stock Associate and Brand Rep.
What does it mean to be a Brand Rep? It’s basically a sales associate, just interacting with customers on the floor.
Are you from Boston? Partially, I grew up in Atlanta for a while before moving back to Boston.
Do you have any style icons? I have so many style icons! But just to name a few, I’d say Pharrell Williams, David Beckham, Kanye West, Andre 3000, & Marc Anthony Green.
How would you describe your personal style? A blend of a high fashion looks, streetwear looks, and a bunch of old-school, retro clothing. I love mixing and match suit pants with sports tees and hoodies. I tend to dress down suits and dress up streetwear. My style really varies day to day.
Tell me a little bit more about what you’re wearing? I love that giant fanny pack! And where did you get your plaid pants and perfectly distressed denim jacket? My outfit is all pieces that I bought at H&M earlier. I couldn’t decide on what to wear all whole week and just put this outfit together maybe like an hour or two before the event. The fanny pack is my go-to bag of choice, I got it at Urban Outfitters. And the jacket is Levi’s that I distressed myself by cutting the waist and the wrist off of the sleeves.
