Growing up in Santa Barbara, California, Dr. Davidson first ventured east to attend the Phillips Exeter Academy where he graduated with honors and was awarded the Lindsey Crawford Memorial Scholarship. Dr. Davidson continued his undergraduate studies at Harvard College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with Highest Honors in Biology. Dr. Davidson's next educational venture led him to Ghana where he studied West African art history through a Rotary International Scholarship.
Upon returning to the United States, Dr. Davidson continued his education at Harvard Medical School. As the son of a surgeon, Dr. Davidson had long been interested in plastic surgery; in fact; he first "scrubbed" into an operation at the age of 10 years old. This passion for surgery, and more specifically plastic surgery, was further cultivated through his experiences at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Davidson received his training in general surgery at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. His specialized training in plastic surgery was completed through the Harvard Integrated Plastic Surgery Program which included rotations and Chief Residencies at Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Beth-Israel Deaconess Hospital, and Children's Hospital Boston. Each of these highly respected institutions contributed to the skills Dr. Davidson utilizes for his plastic surgery patients in Boston on a daily basis.
