I joined Tufts Medical Center Community Care after spending 10 years on staff at MelroseWakefield Hospital. I had come to know and greatly appreciate the high quality physicians, nurses, staff and leadership at the organization and value their strong commitment to community.

American Board of Otolaryngology
I chose to become a doctor and specialize in otolaryngology after my experience as a young patient with thyroid cancer. I try to always remember and use this experience when partnering with patients to address their medical problems and concerns. I think it helps me keep the right perspective as a physician and surgeon.
I earned my medical degree from Drexel University, completed my residency in otolaryngology at Yale University, and attained my fellowship training in advanced surgery of the thyroid and parathyroid glands at Massachusetts Eye and Ear. I try to maintain the incredibly high standards of patient care set by my mentors at Yale otolaryngology and Mass Eye and Ear. That is still a daily motivator for me.
One of my most rewarding professional experiences was delivering surgical care to underserved populations in Africa-and I am looking forward to my next opportunity for global medical outreach.
