Dear Diary: You’re Being Replaced

Dear Diary: You’re Being Replaced. A recent study published in the journal Psychological Services suggests that teens who spill their problems into the blogosphere may actually benefit therapeutically — more so even than if they were to keep a diary. According to the Israeli researchers behind the study, the reason for this may be because blogs allow readers to post supportive comments and create a virtual interaction far more uplifting than the old pen and paper remedy which, while much more easily hidden under the mattress, won’t give any feedback.
