A new Gallup survey says Americans do less of what they do best on Sundays. We get it. You work hard all week and want a day of rest. But since the weather this Sunday is supposed to be sunny perfection, we suggest getting out. Here are some fitness options for this weekend:

Free Tabata class at Healthworks

Tabata is the insanely popular fitness method that involves 20 seconds of extreme exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, performed eight times without pause. Confused? Don’t be. In four minutes you get a workout that can rival an hour in the gym. Tabata is one of Healthworks most popular classes. It is free to all women. So bring a friend and be prepared to sweat. Sunday, 3:30 p.m.; 441 Stuart Street; 617-859-7700

The Freedom Trail Run

This group meets every weekend and runs a 5K along the Freedom Trail. Learn history, see all the sites, and get an amazing workout all before it’s time for brunch. This is a perfect run for beginners and history buffs because the group stops and explores all the sites, rather than just running by them. Saturday and Sunday; $35; Boston Common, 8:30 a.m.; 617-398-0611

Broga Yoga

Fellas, if you want time to work on your piece of mind, stretching, and other health needs without feeling like you have to impress the ladies with heavy weights, try Broga Yoga. Fun and challenging but at a chill pace, Broga is a place where dudes can be dudes, unless of course, you are one of those men that joined yoga just to see ladies in yoga pants. Then you are out of luck. Saturday, 12 p.m.; $15 drop-in; 119 Highland Ave., Somerville; brogayoga.com
