Universities Helping Students De-Stress for Finals
Final exams can be the most stressful time in a student’s life. Boston-area schools are clearly aware of this, because they offer some of the coolest ways to help students stay mentally balanced and prepared for final exams. Using innovative techniques, and a few puppies, it’s obvious these schools want their students to succeed. What is your school doing?
Boston University is offering free yoga, Zumba, and other stress releasers like time with dogs from B.O.N.E., a therapy dog non-profit out of Scituate.
Boston College offered free tea and coffee, massages, and puppy therapy:
